I decided to do some extra job in order to be able to maintain/support some personal projects (yeap... daily job's money ain't enough).

Greetings!

This is my first blog entry (and I hope no the last one!). It was about 2-3 years when I created a band called Ominous Sky in order to play the music I like... Bands like Candlemass and Solitude Aeturnus have (and always be) my inspiration no matter what I do. During these years we managed to play with our favorite bands, friendly bands, meet a lot of people, blah blah etc. We also managed to release a single 7" vinyl containing 2 songs. You'll probably asking yourself why am I writting all these here... well the thing is that I managed to finish our band's website (something that was to be done earlier - I'm a little lazy =] )! Hope you like it folks. Here it goes:

Ominous Sky: The Song Of The Fallen

"Left alone in a world of my own,
Darkness surrounding my way,
Faded memories and broken promises,
A smile of irony on a wrinkled face.

In halls full of mirrors our Fate is twinkling
As the rays of the Moon take part in this Game
Our Past and our Future one more blurred vision
That seeks its solution drawn in despair

Ominous Sky embraces our feelings
And wipes out emotions like Sun melts the Ice
Ominous Sky the chase for Serenity
Ascend from the darkness into the Light


One man's creations another's deceptions
That stand cold-still in this misery world
Leaving their stains and bruises of Hope
A Hope never ending a song never told

Faces forgotten but never Forsaken
Will haunt our dreamscapes in dim twilight
The laugh of the Children, the cry of a Warlord
A lie of the Angels that fear the Light

The works of the Devil that God never sees
Will prove once again to our drawn-in-tears eyes
That Weavers of Fortune are just cruel gamblers
Who abuse our spirits and whore our believes

Ominous Sky we cry tonight
For the souls of the fallen that won't see the light
Ominous Sky our flame is transcending
Between Heaven and Hell the Truth and the Lie
